Gene-edited food is coming, but will shoppers buy?

People have been eating food that has been altered for centuries. The rice you eat here, is far from the rice that people ate even 100 years ago, and so on.

Science is advancing the process that is all. People have to stop being fear-mongerer's and do a little research, and not just at the places where folks are anti-gmo.

Altering food through choosing strong specimens and breeding them is not the same as directly editing genes.

This is the same type of argument that the climate change deniers try to make when they say that the weather has always changed. Sure, but with human interaction it speeds up the process exponentially, and we don't know what the effects of that will be. Kind of how we never predicted climate change when we started on behaviors that cause it.

Yeah, they are going to poison us to the end of it... Just to satisfy the never ending greediness of big corporations, Monsanto and the like, and arrogance in improving Nature law's. It will be a disaster again. Humans will never learn... The best for the Earth would be to get read of human race, eliminate to the very last of us before only deserts and coachroaches are left...
