The Oak Door steakhouse will open its floor-to-ceiling windows and offer its popular summer barbecue beer garden menu on the airy terrace, featuring for the first time “Fiesta Mexicana” – Latin cuisine with free-flow frozen cocktails and beer, including Corona. The blend of enticing aromas heralding rich flavors and fragrant spices makes Latin food the perfect match for icy cold beer, frozen cocktails and tequila in the warm weather.
Menu items will be served on a sharing plate and can be wrapped in tortillas, easy for sharing with friends and family. Food plans include option of seafood platter with free-flowing Champagne.

The French Kitchen offers a stylish twist on classic bistro cuisine, and its terrace area surrounded by greenery is the perfect spot to bask in the summer sun. From June to September, The French Kitchen will offer a “French Moroccan Style Terrace Barbecue,” a special summer dinner where guests can enjoy a selection of dishes from Morocco, an intriguing country situated between the Mediterranean Sea and the Sahara Desert.
For this special menu, The French Kitchen chefs present an original blend of spices essential to authentic Moroccan cuisine. Ingredients such as preserved lemon, yogurt, chermoula, Ras el hanout and saffron are used to maximize the Moroccan flavors. Celebrate this memorable and atmospheric night as The French Kitchen lights up with authentic Moroccan lanterns and candles. If the skies are looking gray, guests will still be able to enjoy the menu indoors in the main dining room.

Soirée Blanche – French Moroccan Night
This summer, Grand Hyatt Tokyo will bring the glitz and glamor of the 1970s French Riviera to The French Kitchen with an all white-themed terrace party. Recognized as a popular annual summer event in the city, Soirée Blanche will take on a new and fun twist this year with a touch of Moroccan style.
To complete the summer vibe, a DJ will be spinning French-influenced deep house music perfectly paired with the atmosphere. There will also be modern style belly dance performances for the first time. Guests are invited to come in their best white attire and enjoy free-flowing beverages including Champagne, wines and cocktails, and a buffet of traditional Moroccan- dishes. The dress code will be white; the state of mind will be azure.
