Has to be better than Japanese gratin.

One of my fav childhood foods although it was 50/50 milk & cream for us. Goes well with roast lamb/chicken or beef.

The gratins that my Japanese wife makes are sublime. Love 'em dearly ! (And my wife, of course !)
