I used to make this sometimes at a restaurant I worked at for the salad of the day but I was always asked to change the name because customers thought it too odd. Glad to see it again (my recipe was slightly different, but I'll try this one, too).

Please, save us from food saturated in mayonnaise. To quote George Dawes, "I don't like the texture and I despise the taste, if you try to give me some I'll throw it away with haste."
