This year is the 30th anniversary of the release in Japan of internationally loved ice cream brand, Häagen-Dazs.
To celebrate it, they released two new seasonal flavors - 30th Anniversary Sakura (Sakura means cherry blossom in Japanese) and 30th Anniversary Rose. These two flavors are Häagen-Dazs's first flower-flavored ice creams.
Powdered cherry blossom petals, cherry sauce and salt are mixed in the softly-pink-colored Sakura flavored ice cream. It also has Sakura-flavored sauce topping.
For the Rose-flavored ice cream, there are two kinds of roses included. It is a strawberry-based ice cream that contains the aroma of Damask rose, and has a vivid pink sauce topping with the aroma of Turkish rose.

I tried both. Thhe rose one is very strongly rose, so if you like rose...
I preferred the sakura one, a bit less sweet.
These spring flavours aren't one bit as good as the autumnal pumpkin or purple potato, which are both tasty and not too sweet.
