Hinasushi, known for all-you-can-eat sushi including toro and uni, opens in Roppongi

If you want to eat sushi to your heart's content when you visit Japan, you either need to have yen to spare or find a restaurant with an all-you-can-eat sushi plan. The problem with the latter is that all-you-can-eat sushi plans often have a limited list of sushi items to choose from, with premium items such as toro (fatty tuna) or uni (sea urchin) conspicuously absent from the list.

If you've already visited the Tokyo area, chances are you've heard of Hinasuhi. Very popular among tourists, the sushi chain with shops in Ginza, Shinjuku, Ikebukuro and a sister store in Yokohama, is famous for its all-you-can-eat sushi plans which don't skimp on "the good stuff." Toro, uni and other premium items are all included, so you can really enjoy all the sushi you love worry-free.

On Friday, Hinasushi is opening in the popular tourist destination of Roppongi, just a minute away from Roppongi Station.

All-you-can-eat plan

For two hours, you'll be able to feast on over 60 varieties of sushi. The plan not only includes favorites such as toro, uni, ikura, salmon and shrimp, but also dynamic and visually appealing items like whole conger eel nigiri, gunkan nigiri and temaki hand rolls. You can also order monthly specials," as well as their ultra-premium sushi (only one per plan). All sushi are guaranteed fresh, with seafood ingredients directly shipped from the harbor every day.

All-you-can eat premium sushi plan: 4,309 yen (tax included) for adults and children 11 and above, and 2,149 yen (tax included) for children 4 to 10. (Note: If you're going in a group with the intention of ordering the all-you-can-eat plan, you should probably coordinate in advance since everyone in your party has to order it.)

No uni is fine with me.
