Fast food and eating clean are two phrases that shouldn’t really be seen side by side, but nevertheless, this new store in Osaka is proving they can go hand in hand.

Since the outbreak of COVID-19 and the following state of emergencies, individuals have watched their health deteriorate as a result of a lack of exercise and narrow food choices. As expected these issues have led to a rapid increase in the interest of health.

In order to create a truly “strong and attractive body”, consuming good quality protein is an absolute must. That is why Osaka-based company ドリームワークス (lit. Dreamworks, not affiliated with DreamWorks Animation LLC) has created PROTEIN LAB. – the healthiest fast food restaurant in Japan, which focuses on providing meals with high quality protein.

The flagship store is based in Osaka’s Nishi ward, and is about to be joined by another store that is opening up in Umeda’s NU Chayamachi Building on June 2. Two other stores are also based in Tokyo.

Perhaps I am reading this incorrectly, however it seems there will be two eateries in Osaka and two in Tokyo. Why then is NO information on the Tokyo sites given?

If the store is fast food, i don't expect food to be healthy. Why don't they put the name 'Protein Lab Organic' cafe/restaurant? Just to attract the health conscious people.

Too Expensive, to me any meal over a 1,000jpy is over limit.

Plus who wants to eat a Lab food? a name change will help.

So.... they claim to be "Healthy" with everything covered in Mayo (as always), are created by a company with a copied name, and called themselves "Protein lab"? Because we all want to eat food made scientifically in a lab... and then is covered with triple corn and mayo?
