Hmmmm....  poor marketing.  Surely soma amalgam of atarashii and sake needed for this gimmick.

More of a shochu person, myself but I wouldn't mind to try this.

This is so full of misinformation it's almost funny.

If you cook with 'sake nouveau', you immediately end up with something indistinguishable from mirin, which you could purchase at a fraction of the price.
