Japanese bakery serves up fluffy and sweet Mt Fuji bread

Japanese bakeries often offer a wide variety of flavored breads, but sometimes its the shape of the loaf that steals the show, as seen recently with extra fluffy kitty and corgi butt bread. Now thanks to a newly opened bakery in Fujikawaguchiko, travelers taking in splendid views of Mt Fuji can take home a slice of Japan's iconic mountain for themselves with new bread shaped and inspired by Mt Fuji.

Opened in December, Fujisan Shokupan is a bakery that taps into using locally celebrated Yamanashi prefecture ingredients such as high quality wheat, thick and rich Fujigane Kogen milk, as well as natural water from Mt Fuji. Loaves are baked carefully with sweet and freshly squeezed Kyoho grape juice to produce blue and white and white image of a snow-covered Mt Fuji.

That's the problem with Japanese bread. It's fluffy. If it's cake, just call it cake.
