Beeslow Co is a company that specializes in producing buckwheat honey. Labelled as Black Honey for its dark color, Beeslow’s buckwheat honey is rich in vitamins and is higher in antioxidants than sweeter honey varieties.

This summer, Beeslow has incorporated their black honey into a special non-alcoholic black honey mojito. The resulting drink is refreshing, flavorful and sweet – the perfect cool-me-down for Japan’s late summer humidity.

A speciality summer drink, the Black Honey Mojito comes in two flavors: Orange and Lemon.

With light carbonation and the distinctive flavor of black honey mixed with citrus fruits, ginger and fresh mint, this drink is the ideal beverage for a hot and humid summer day.

Price: 850 yen

The drinks utilise herbs collected from natural herb cultivating company HERBSTAND. HERBSTAND uses only mineral-rich water, compost and mulch to grow their herbs, making them of the highest nutrient standard. Located on the northern foot of Mount Fuji, at an altitude of 800 meters, HERBSTAND is made up of a group of young farmers who not only produce and sell herbs, but also come up with special herbal recipes and organize special farm tours and online agriculture workshops.

...so a mint julep, without any kick? And call it a Mojito? Cubans would feel offended.

We are offended!! Thats just Dark Honey with a hint of mint! NEVER MOJITO!

or Japanese non-alcoholic wine = Grape Juice

Non- alcoholic Sake = fermented rice water

What's so offensive about this if it's refreshing and good? And it does sound good.
