Don't worry about the antibiotics, the fat and sodium will kill you first.

"Without human antibiotics" is not the same as without antibiotics. It could mean that they use antibiotics that are not passed as safe for use in humans.

Best to avoid all these chains if possible, or at least cut down on the number of visits.

Do antibiotics survive cooking?

Some bacteria-generated toxins survive cooking, but thanks to McDonald's antibiotics ban, those bacteria will remain in place, doing their dirty work til cooked themselves.
