I miss my NZ crumbed Lamb chops. The price for Lamb chops in this country is ridiculous so I do not buy. Plus, they are too small.

This is over cooked for my taste, I prefer thicker chops, especially Barnsley chops so they are nice and reddish pink in side with nice crispy fat. The sauce looks interesting but I would still prefer a traditional mint sauce made with properly brewed malt vinegar.
