Why you call this Spanish Tortilla? Spanish Tortilla is made of eggs, potatos and olive oil, period. You change that and is not Spanish Tortilla anymore. You can call this a dish that resemble by far a Spanish Tortilla. Next you can cook a BLC who as no bread, lectuce, bacon or tomato. Or maybe shushi without rice and fish...

Nice!

a tortilla was a thin flatbread used to wrap around grilled meat and make tacos.

This person obviously has no idea what they're talking about. "Tacos" are usually eaten with a corn tortilla, not a "flatbread". If using a flatbread with grilled meat, it's called a fajita. ding-a-ling.

FizzBit you are right, is this person actually a qualified chef or something? May i can write for next article about String Theory or nuclear physics, surely as hell i dont know nothing about that but i can write something who resembles one of those.

That was funny. But this is my favorite part.

I agree, the recipies on this site are ridiculous, nasty or require ingredients that are hard to get or prohibitively expensive in Japan.

Health freak, American and traditional European food was always going to be a recipe for disaster.

Learnt something though: there's such a thing as 'soy chorizo'!

This is less a recipe and more a glimpse of food neurosis, for no purpose replacing good, honest ingredients (olive oil, milk, sausage, potatoes, cheese) with industrial crud: nonstick spray, soy/low-fat chorizo, shredded cheese.

Spot on.
