■ Pastry Boutique: Christmas Cakes
Pure White Snow 4,700 yen (16 cm × 8 cm)
An exquisite balance of white chocolate mousse and passion fruit jelly atop a layer of almond and hazelnut praline crunch give this snow-white bûche de Noël a refined sweetness that’s sure to impress this holiday season.
Mont Blanc 4,700 yen (16 cm × 8 cm)
Vanilla sponge cake wrapped around a chestnut and rum ganache, paired with maple syrup and roasted walnuts, this roll cake is simply overflowing with chestnut cream. Rich and fragrant milk chocolate and almond cream make it a grand take on our signature Mont Blanc.
Dark Manjari Chocolate 4,700 yen (20 cm x 7 cm)
Its magnificent glaçage makes this dessert truly stand out, adding allure to this dark chocolate cake. Almond is added to accentuate the rich, smooth taste of the luxurious Valrhona Manjari chocolate cream. The chic design and deep flavor make this the perfect Christmas cake for the refined palate.
Christmas Shortcake 4,500 yen (15cm)
Carefully selected ingredients are used in this original recipe with soft sponge and layers of fresh cream and strawberries, making this shortcake as the most popular choice since the opening of the hotel.
