Park Hyatt Tokyo unveils Valentine's Day and White Day sweets

Park Hyatt Tokyo will offer a selection of chocolates and sweets from its Pastry Boutique for Valentine’s Day and White Day.

Bergamot Chocolate

4,600 yen (14cm x 13.6cm) / 750 yen (6.5cm x 6cm H4.5cm)

A layer of vanilla cream atop a layer of bergamot cream make up the center of this chocolate mousse cake that is glazed with a raspberry and dark chocolate mirror glaçage. Resting upon a layer of chocolate sponge cake with a chocolate biscuit base, this cake is available in two sizes, perfect to share, or as a gift for that special someone.

The Bergamot Chocolate will be available for purchase from Saturday, Feb 1 to Friday, Feb 14, and then again from Sunday, March 1, to Saturday, March 14. Please note that the Bergamot Chocolat is not available for delivery.

Heart Chocolate Praline

3,200 yen (9 pieces) / 1,600 yen (4 pieces) / 800 yen (2 pieces)

This year's Heart Chocolate Pralines come in four flavors. The fruity pralines include a tangy lychee jelly at the center of a pink raspberry ganache, as well as a light and refreshing yuzu jelly-filled golden ganache praline. Rich burgundy-colored Grand Marnier ganache is the perfect accompaniment to its red wine jelly center, and finally, the bright red Earl Gray bergamot caramel praline was created for the refined palette. Try two, or try them all in a full assortment.

Inspiration Chocolate Tablet

1,150 yen each (11.5cm x 5cm x 1 cm)

Valrhona chocolate with a creative twist, a different fun pattern adorns each of the five flavors (yuzu, raspberry, strawberry, passion fruit, and almond). With a heart-patterned yuzu, honeycomb-patterned raspberry, hounds tooth check strawberry, golden-colored passion fruit, and bubble-patterned almond flavors, our cleverly designed chocolate tablets are sure to impress this Valentine's Day.

Japanese Tea Truffles

3,200 yen (12 pieces)

Valentine's Day chocolate truffles with a traditional touch, raspberry jelly compliments its surrounding matcha ganache, while our hojicha truffles have an orange jelly center giving them a refreshing citrus flavor. An eclectic blend of flavors for those who would like to try a unique Japanese flair.

Period: From Sunday, Feb 1 to Saturday, March 14.
