Once again, this year, the hotel is offering the toshikoshi soba set so that  you can fully experience the traditional Japanese end-of-year custom.  Welcome the New Year from the comfort of your own home in classic Kozue fashion with our original soba noodles, made with fragrant  buckwheat flour from Nagano Prefecture, paired with dipping sauce  accented with bonito and seaweed.

This holiday season, Delicatessen’s newly appointed Chef de Cuisine, Tsuyoshi Kuwazawa, presents a luxurious dinner set for two that allows you to enjoy all the festive flavors and maintain the spectacle and sparkle of a full-on  feast.

Roast Chicken Main Dish 13,000 yen 

Japanese Beef Sirloin Main Dish 15,800 yen 

Table for Two includes the following: 

• Hokkaido Scallop, MSC bigeye tuna, ASC shrimp and garden salad with yuzu dressing 

• Duck consommé, winter turnip, barley, mushroom, and duck meatballs 

• Pan-fried sustainable Atlantic salmon and autumn poem with pickled red onion 

• Oven roasted Japanese beef sirloin, red wine sauce or spice honey oven roasted chicken with natural jus
