Sounds great but where does one buy good Italian sausage in Tokyo?

Finding good sausages in Japan is not so easy.

I recently discovered tins of heinz baked beans with sausages in my local super market, they are really nice. I can eat a whole tin for one meal, which given my small appetite is very good.

My favorite is lamb sausages from the meat guy.

I've been doing this kind of dish for decades. The vegetables roasted by themselves are great and can be served with any meat; steak, chicken breast, sausages, roast beef, tuna steaks etc. Roasted with the veg or cooked separately.

Where can these ingredients be bought in Japan?

Can't be sure but Jupiter Coffee and Imported Foods would be a reasonably good bet.

I get my Spanish and Italian hard salamis there.

It looks really good. I'd love to try it. If someone else will cook it and invites me to dinner. It would take me 3 or for goes before I could master it.
