I think it is a good idea. If I was in jail, I would beg to work in the kitchen.

That was surprisingly interesting and heart felt. I actually want to go buy their book and get a look at some of the other ingenious methods they invented

They should just get what is served up in the mess hall , they should hav eno access to microwave ovens potato chips and things at all. They are there for punishment and should not have luxuries, like a coffee pot either.
Take these things off them and treat them like the murderers they are.
