Moonraker, I agree with you. And at 1.5 times the length of a normal conveyor belt, it will undoubtedly be the target of sushi contamination attempts as was the case last year. I am not confident that Kura Sushi's AI-powered cameras to monitor suchi plates covered with protective covers will be enough to deter bad actors - rather, the world's longest sushi belt will instead be a challenge to them.
