Sounds like an interesting read doesn’t it. Well, I’m all for people taking more interest in cooking and understanding nutrition. It’s very important and sadly lacking in many these days, oh yeah.

Well, I’ve mad some decent grub whilst camping, nit been for years mind, lol

I love those French/Italian knives seen in the photo. I have had the same three of them for more than 40 years. Always have one in my bag.

Cooking on a camping trip was simple when I was young. I would impale a small creature on a pointed stick and roast it over hot coals.
