Tokyo’s Monster Grill serves up gigantic beefy challenges for meat lovers

Japan has no shortage of imposing food and spice level challenges for ambitious foodies to dig into, but Tokyo's Steak and Hamburg Monster Grill may set the standard for the most meaty plates. Known for their large portions of steaks and Hamburg steaks, the Monster Grill is setting down a trio of beefy challenges including a 1.3kg Monster Steak, 1.3kg Rib Roast Steak, and a 1kg Tomahawk Steak.

Monster Grill recommends taking on their "Gluttony" program of challenges in duos or groups, but says the restaurant is perfectly welcoming of solo eaters who want to face off with the hearty no time limit challenges

Eaters will be able to pair their steaks and rice with two of five types of tasty sauces, including OZ sauce, Japanese style, garlic, demi-glace, and green onion salt.

The fattened for 240 days cuts of meat are priced as follows:

Monster steak 1.3kg 6,300 yen

Rib roast steak 1.3kg 9,700yen

Tomahawk 1kg 8,980 yen
