Good recipe. I prefer to steam my chocolate cakes for about 2 hours making them more moist. Many people don't have ovens.

Do they have to print the calorie content on parchment? A lot of valentine day energy in such an innocent cake. But the menu history is so boring. what was it really designed for......?
