As for Russia, they are practically a third world country themselves, so don't expect much help from that direction.

To the people making them? yeah, but for fighting the pandemic absolutely not. One thing is to have religious faith that something not tested may help, but keep the same position after it has been shown HCQ do not help becomes irrational.

You can't have people protecting themselves (in the early stages) and getting better with cheap, effective medication when it's been mandated from on high that only a vaccine will be the world's salvation. You can't implement The Great Reset with a healthy, fearless and confident populace.

Except that it does, and different kinds of medication have actually been shown effective, including the dirt cheap dexamethasone, the conspiracy doctors, nurses scientists etc. hiding cheap but effective drugs from their own friends and family for the profit of some rich pharma owner makes no sense by itself, but even more when cheap drugs are being promoted as effective and safe.

Giving people a placebo will not cure them, and that is all that hydroxychloroquine is, with side effects to boot.

The three major nations (power wise) not signed on. What a shock they care nothing about other countries or the poor countries when it comes down to it. The shame is many people in those countries probably do care but the leaders are showing the true nature of the strongest. Look after yourself. Let everyone else survive on their own if they can. If not, so be it.
