This vaccine is given to people with the chronic form of TB,to help eradicate the bacteria,my aunty work in a TB ,she never contracted TB

That is not an argument to prove the vaccine is effective enough to prevent spreading, just look at what countries have the worst TB death numbers, now see their vaccination numbers.

Anecdotal evidence of single cases do not prove epidemiological studies of millions of them wrong. If someone comes and say some family member worked for decades in a TB ward without ever being vaccinated, does this prove to you there is no need for a vaccine?

Get a TB vaccine and stop the spread.

The TB vaccine is not effective enough to stop the spread, it is useful to decrease the most serious forms of the disease, specially on children, but not to stop the chronic pulmonary form of the disease in adults. This is the reason why very important efforts are being done to develop a vaccine that can surpass the efficacy of the BCG.

The problem is the patients who took their anti-biopics, get better and then stopped their anti-biopics, thenonths later they fell I’ll again, and repeated the treatment to feel better again and repeat the same behavior. With each time they stop and restart the treatment this gives the bacteria time to build resistance because they haven’t actually cured the TB. If these same patients repeat the same behavior this new drug regime may become ineffective. So let’s hope they take it until they actually get rise of TB from their system. Patients who consistently take antibiotics and then stop a few days later, are contributing to the increase in MRSA. We’ve forgotten kids died from simple throat infections and sepsis before antibiotics. So please find ish your whole course of treatment.
