Good informative article that hopefully will help people recognize the risks of the season and how to act to protect themselves.
The closing on wet-bulb is also a nice addition, not only because it reflects a closer temperature to what people would experience but because it would naturally variate according to the humidity of the ambient, which is very important.

Yes, there are dangers you should be aware of when exercising outdoors in humid or hot conditions but it's also important not to use this as an excuse to avoid exercising completely. Anything you can do, be it weights or walking, will help. Try the early morning or late evening when it's not that hot and make sure as the article advices to drink plenty of water.
Nearly 70% of Americans, nearly 60% of Europeans and 25% of Japanese are overweight or obese with all the physical and mental health complications that come with that status. Completely avoidable in most cases with only 150 minutes of physical activity a week (and once you see the results, you may want to do even more than that).

I was hit by heatstroke this week even staying indoors. I felt dizzy and shaking. Had to lie down for several hours to recover.

This issue has been discussed for decades.
Mr Kipling
Hotter temperatures will actually lead the fewer temperature related deaths in Europe. Cold kills 10-1 against heat in northern Europe and even 5-1 in Spain.

Two minus votes but it is actually true at the present rate of climate change. That is until about the end of the century. There are other negative factors with rising temperatures but excess deaths, at least in Europe is not one of them.
