Healthy diet is key.
And it is not quantity but quality that does the work.
Good scientific conclusion not to say (yet?) that fertility is related to fish oil consumption.
As far as I rememberdd, I used to eat fish cans in oil at least once a month because I liked it.
Eat as varied food as you can. Body will take what needed.

I remember being given cod liver oil as a tyke. Maybe there was something to it? Seems to have gone out of fashion, which, considering the taste, I do not regret.

Well, why not just say omega-3 fatty acids tied to improved male fertility? It makes it sound as if we all need to take fish oil supplements. I personally consume flaxseeds, flaxseed oil and perilla seed oil. These have become readily available now in Japan.
