It always embarrassment. Don't die of embarrassment.

I don't think it's always the patient who's to blame for the lack of communication. Too often, doctors give the patient the feeling they have only x amount of time to explain their problems and they don't encourage extended verbal examination. I understand many doctors are very busy, but in examining non-communication of medical problems and why that happens medical professionals need to examine their own behaviour also, rather than putting all the responsibility on the patients.
