This makes perfect sense. MJ is now legal in Canada but there are restrictions. You can't toke in your car, toking and driving = DUI, and it can't be done in the open public. I vacationed there this past July and smoked weed. You have to be 18+ and basically it's treated like alcohol. It is prohibited to toke while at work and the Canadian military personnel can do it only when they're off duty. Marijuana, like alcohol should be regulated and consumed responsibly.

Without a strict indication of the permissible levels in the law, this all makes no sense.

This is a major point. I knew a guy in uni who seemed to be immune. He would smoke a joint and be exactly the same as before, while the rest of us were completely high.

Depends on the province; in some, you are allowed to smoke cannabis wherever smoking tobacco is permitted.

Breathalyzers are wildly inaccurate. The blind faith of the public in lip serviced "technology" is deeply disturbing and detrimental to the mental health of freedom minded, thinking individuals.
