But not for older Osteoarthritis patients. Heard they have to rest at home a lot without walking and get injected twice a year to get rid of water from the knee.

Uh well yeah I doubt that tracking your steps helps at all, it is just that people who do that out of their own will probably "try harder" to walk more and get more steps while others who don't care about this wouldn't buy this stuff.

It is like saying that people who do sports at least once a week are better in sports that people who don't / people who do sports move more then people who tend to sit on the sofa and watch tv ...
