Here is the REAL trouble with depression: During the last 3 decades, depression rates have gone through the roof, but the solutions for it have stayed exactly the same. Einstein says that doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results is the very definition of madness. For this reason, you can not expect rates of depression in the world to decrease until we alter the treatment procedures for it. Its for these reasons more natural treatment plans like Destroy Depression from goo.gl/PTZXKF need to receive more coverage, due to the fact it tackles the underlying causes of depression by natural strategies, as opposed to just dealing with the symptoms with drugs. It really helped me personally and countless other people, I highly recommend it to anyone currently fighting depression.

This seems like an obvious connection to me. It's hard to be bright and bon vivant when you can't breathe properly, your eyes water and skin itches. Worse than the discomfort though is the thought that the other kids find you funny or disgusting because your nose is always running or you sneeze a lot. People in that state just want to hide themselves away.
