Sleep is very, very important. It's crazy that people will sacrifice it for so-called 'me-time'. If you're working or commuting so much that you don't have any time for yourself, then you're not living properly. Be an adult and look after yourself. The mention in the article of people in the early 20th Century almost never having less than 4-5 hours sleep was very interesting. Screen time has become so important for so many people. We don't really know in full how much that affects our bodies. It's such a shame that people can't find anything better to do with their downtime than to stare at screens so much.
