A vague and flawed study with poor methodology. I'll carry on eating eggs until properly conducted studies indicate otherwise.

Eggs are good for you. Just don't eat more than 3 of them in one day if you boil them or you will be stinkin' up the place, lol.

I have been eating 2 to 3 eggs per day for years. My blood tests are perfectly normal.

In the 21st Century, everything causes cancer and some form of disease.

There was a study before that showed that even though Japanese men ate more eggs, smoke a lot more, have higher cholesterol levels, and higher blood pressure yet they still had heart disease at a rate of 70% less than American men.

So the theory that this article brings up is already proving false.

been eating eggs everyday for more than 60 years. Still going strong. Well balanced diet is the way with lots of vegetables, salads, fruits, nuts, grains.....

Because of the vegetables, salads, fruits, nuts, grains, certainly not because of the eggs

Depends upon what kind of eggs and how eggs are cooked.

Organic Free Range Eggs

Duck White Eggs

Double Yolk Eggs

Blue Acacia or Brown Eggs

Other Exotic Bird Eggs

How it's cooked,

Hard or Soft Boiled

Hard or Soft Scrambled

Omelets or Hashes

Sunny Side Up

Baked or Shirred

Over Easy, Medium or Hard

Poached

Basted

Fried

Raw

I prefer Organic and Duck with any cooking method.

The latest U.S. research on eggs won't go over easy for those can't eat breakfast without them.

The latest U.S. research on the the AP shows they can’t even properly edit their opening sentence.

I didn't say it was. I was merely pointing out the lack of harm after three score and ten.

you're doing it again. The lack of harm is not because of the eggs. You're missing the foods that are healing you
