My wife sent me an article saying that sleeping on your left side is best. I try to do that, but I wake up in all kinds of positions! LOL.
Seriously though, I need a c pap machine. My apnea is really bad.

At good night sleep is only possible if your diet has at least 8 gram of salt a day. Less will see you develop irregular sleeping patent due to undetectable cramping.

Start right, if still aware, slowly turn left, etc trust your body to decide. Healthy veggie diet 8g sodium easy, but two steaks200gm more than 8gm, mega scary? good hydration is the science advise I follow. It also should ease cramping (another run for the washroom. apologies min 800g sodium per day, fully active young male, max 1200-2000mg heart advice. a free world if it works for you , I just choose sleep please.
