The WHO's errors are so numerous they are to be expected now.

Your personal opinion about the reason for the lack of vaccine is still baseless, the reason for the lack of vaccines is clearly written in the article, and it is not a consequence of anything the WHO have done.

Even just looking back at this agency's mishandling of the Covid crisis when it did not recognize the transmissibility between humans

That responsibility falls completely in the Chinese authorities that repeatedly denied it so the WHO (nor any other public health authority) could confirm it, as soon as other countries offered this information the WHO confirmed the transmission.

One again you are just repeating things that come solely from your personal bias, not from actual evidence.

Absolutely nothing in your source discredits Philippe Barboza, which is the person in charge of the efforts done by the WHO against Cholera, much less provide any kind of argument about anything being done wrong by the global health authority about the problem.

Even just looking back at this agency's mishandling of the Covid crisis when it did not recognize the transmissibility between humans, and then its fear of even recognizing it as a pandemic, the WHO keeps piling up the mistakes on its end at the expense of the health of many, particularly those in the poorer nations.
