This presents quite the dilemma for our far-right friends....
They are vociferously pro-life....but just as vociferously anti-vax....
So what do they do here? Say they are pro-life but scorn the vaccine that can help keep the fetus safe? Or embrace the hated vaccine?
My guess is they'll continue their anti-vax crusade...and could care less what the impact is on the unborn.
They say they are pro-life...but when it comes to the vaccine, they're really pro-choice...

"It is unclear whether omicron infections also increase chances for stillbirths"
While the vaccines used now are the same as before, which have also been linked to poor pregnancy outcomes.

Are you sure coronavirus is doing that? Lots of medical professionals, both clinical and in research, are saying something else is causing that.

Both COVID and the vaccine are a danger to pregnant women and their unborn children. It's best for them to stay isolated from the anti-mask crowd as the vaccines don't seem to do much to stop the spread.

That is easy, they don't, once because the process depends on the viral infection, and two because the spike protein is not only much more limited in vaccines, it is not specially toxic by itself either (specially at the low levels and localizations from the vaccine).
Your reference is a well debunked source of disinformation from last year, the author whole point depends on counting only the pregnancies that finished in patients that are followed only on their first trimester. I will let you think for a moment what this mean.
That is just an imaginary thing that does not exist, vaccines are linked to better pregancy outcome and higher survival for both the bady and the mother thanks to the very high risks coming from COVID, preventing the frequent complications from the disease in pregnant women is enough to make a difference and that is why it is recommended for all pregnant women to be vaccinated.
Since they present clear evidence of this being the case that you make no effort to discuss that would mean yes, they are much more sure of their findings than someone without any kind of evidence just saying they are wrong.
No, they are not.
That is false, the vaccine has not been related to any kind of elevation or risk on pregnant patients but COVID has, and very importantly, elevating the death rates over 20 times, this is greatly reduced by the vaccines, meaning that the vaccines are actually related to a decrease of the danger.
