Especially older Asian women,I not saying this too be rude,but lots of Asian women develop brittle bones

Good article. It gave me a bit better understanding of calcium. I eat a lot of tofu, yogurt and dairy, and, they didn't mention it so I could be off in my thinking, but when my almost always soft stool starts to feel harder, I cut down my calcium intake. Seems to work.

I think men have to be careful because excess calcium can build up in arteries leading to atherosclerosis.

I love dairy products, yummy. I have plenty of calcium in my diet.
