Also something people don't want to see : women with impossibility to deliver through their vagina are not supposed to reproduce and so have girls who become later women with same increased impossibility thus raising at least for some part this percentage after a generation. Just genetics.

Then of course the easy course for hospital and mothers to get a cesarian over the health of child in particular is more about comfort than anything else.
