She said that while using an electric toothbrush, she does squats or lunges or works on her balance by standing on one leg.

Exercising (including balancing) while having something in your mouth that can impale your throat is an accident waiting to happen, and its pretty irresponsible that this is being promoted in this article for others to do.

What next, go jogging with scissors?

Age has a lot to do with it. For me, getting out of bed is exercise. To add to the routine, I then dress. Being on a roll, I shave. Then I fix breakfast. I eat 11 items so that I'm really working hard at cooking. Then I eat while reading the newspaper. Then I take a nap, making sure I snore to keep my air passages clear. And then half my day is over!

Well, whatever floats your boat eh! Always good if someone wants to increase their exercise and improve their health. No worries for me, I walk, cycle or take public transport, cars are a big no.

11 things for breakfast, how much do you eat? I just had two eggs, slice of toast, fried tomato and baked beans, well full and that’s only 5 items.
