What a stupid opening statement......May damage your heart! It was been proven without a doubt that smoking tobacco will give you cancer and other respiratory diseases. People vape to help get off smoking. I stopped smoking 30 cigarettes a day 50 years ago, all it needed was will power and a couple of kids who nagged that I smelt like an ashtray all the time.

I told people that vaping all this junk from China would lead to consequences from day 1!

When heroin was invented, it was considered a wonder drug. Soon, its deadliness was discovered.
E-cigarretes were supposed to be a safe way to get off of tobacco cigarettes, but they have also turned out to be deadly, maybe even more so than tobacco.
Whenever a new miracle cure is announced, I take it with a grain of salt, and wait to see what happens.

my mothers partner is one of the most healthy 70yr old he goes to the gym 5 times a week is very buff for his age, eats healthily doesn't smoke etc. given all that he had a mild heart attack about 4yrs ago. His doctor said it was most likely from all the smoking he did when he was younger , hardening of the arteries plays a big part later in life. With smoking once the damage is done while it can be managed it almost impossible to undo. Statistics show that smokers die on average about 6 yrs earlier than non smokers, not from cancer as many would think but from respiratory illness and strokes caused by the damage to smoking. Smokers are about 8 times more likely to develop strokes than non smokers.
