"As Normal" won't cut it. A family member (Japanese) went back to work after treatment and though they have full knowledge of his condition, they did in fact MADE him "continue his work live as normal" meaning having him travel around the country, having him get home around midnight, up at 5am. Well, he had to quite because he was on the verge of a relapse due to exhaustion. Now, unemployed and can't find a job due to his condition. So please, employers, DO NOT let cancer patients "continue their work lives as NORMAL" Desk work and banker hours at least they can fully recover!
