On the bad side any vaccine being delivered by a virus capsid is bound to be much less effective from the second time it is used, and that include a vaccine for a completely different vaccine, the viral proteins used for the delivery are recognized and neutralized by the immune system before they can deliver the nucleic acids necessary for the vaccine to work.

On the good side this is not a serious worry for COVID-19 until escape mutants appear, so it can be completely avoided immunizing enough population to make the spreading much more controlled, and also because the macrovesicle technology for delivery appears to be extremely safe and effective, and can be used repeatedly without problem, so it is likely future vaccines for new or old pathogens will use it to avoid this problem.

I am waiting for the herd to build in Japan because it seems like a really long time lapse before things get rolling here in Japan and besides, the government only cares about the Olympics. Am so glad I am not a politician and being controlled by the god that leads.

most of us may not need the vaccine eventually.
