Good article. Sugar is highly addictive, and this can be compounded when caffeine is added to the mix, such as in those energy drinks that are everywhere now.

Not as sure about whether the harmful fats are particularly addictive, but as they're frequently combined with highly refined carbs that are, they get consumed in higher amounts when a person eats them to satisfy the carb craving.

All you need to know is the Food industry has piosned everyones food in the market, regarldess of buying food like ham, beef , pork, raw fish..etc.. they all have been ehanced with some sort of drug and additive.

No way you can beat it and no way you can hide from it. What can we do. We can go and hunt for our own fresh foods. We have to eat whats at the market and resturants. So is there such thing as healthy foods as of today maybe? You have to be a serious cherry picking food eating analysis to reach that goal.

Stay healthy and safe guys and remember to check what it is your actually eating before digesting it.
