What ever happened to that monkey pox? Looks like they have all the next big things planned out already. Nothing like some good ol fashioned fear mongering.

No part of the article could ever be interpreted in this way, in fact the opposite is part of the main message.
When the warnings are based on objective information about a credible threat then the "fear mongering" is just an excuse for people with deep fear for scientific knowledge to avoid accepting them.

Better to jump on this now though as usual governments will probably overlook until people start dropping.

Easy solution. Just give up toothpaste and shampoo and cow's milk, and we won't need those antibiotics that help microbes become stronger. Oh, and toss the herbicides too. Cut down on food and healthcare--it will save the world.
And we won't have to worry about the 10 million deaths by AMR every year.
Nothing to fear here folks!
I mean, that 10 million is an accurate number, right?
The WHO hasn't been wrong lately, have they?
Well, the mask thing was two years ago.
Then all those exotic diseases they let get out of control.
Just look through the cabinets and dump the toothpaste; that will be a start.

Did you even read the article, nothing of your "suggestions" have anything even remotely close to the actual solutions that can be implemented for the problem.
Provide scientific arguments that prove they are wrong, else they simply are a much more creible source of public health information than someone that willingly choose to misrepresent the WHO position by bringing a quote from 2 years ago and pretend that is what they recommended right now, that is enough to destroy any credibility you could have had.
