No, that would be the opposite, reducing all other health interventions to ensure enough cases for the trials to be meaningful. Only then people would be "sacrificed" for the good of everybody.
In this case this is not being done, instead testing is moved to those areas where transmission is rampant because of other reasons (cultural, economic, etc) the people on those areas are not put in higher risk because of the trials and get the added benefit of any results being directly applicable to their population first.
Also, for all the health authorities involved, if practical and moderated interventions are enough to control the pandemic making the vaccine superfluous and their cost (including their effects on the economy) are feasible, that still counts as a win.

Some local news from SouthEast Asian countries saying that if u've got a dog at home, u are less likely to get infected and even if u're infected, there's a high chance u get cured by something miracle in dog.
This true news should be spread out globally. Such local news from poor nations are neglected.
