This article is a good reminder of the dangers of poisoning our world.

I was quite surprised by this so I put this question into Google:

Lots it seems.

They put one sentence of the causes of lead poisoning at very end of the article.

At the beginning of the article they also mention other sources that cause the problem even after lead gasoline was banned.

But people can still be exposed to the potent neurotoxin via food, soil, cookware, fertilizers, cosmetics, lead–acid car batteries and other sources.
