Lilly to seek FDA approval for potential Alzheimer's drug

It seems this drug has better chances of being useful, but still in a very limited way. Patients have not improved their condition, just decrease the speed of their deterioration.

Still, this sudden rush of treatments are very good news, it means scientists and doctors are on the right track and maybe in the following years better drugs can be developed following the information obtained from these preliminary ones.
