Older Americans often don't prepare for long-term care, from costs to location to emotional toll

They often cannot afford it.

I prepared for it. I smoke like a forest fire and I won't make it to the age when I'll need care. I think I'll stop exercising and watching my weight, too. Heck, I'll stop watching both ways before I cross the street. I don't want to live that long.
