Ah, crap. I ran out of toilet paper. But I'm good once a day every day, sometimes twice. I don't know if that will let me live longer, but it sure is a nice buzz when it's done.

Gut health is linked to many other conditions, including external complexion. Previous studies indicated that constipatory foods such as red meats lead to release of toxins in the bowels and colon, resulting in colon cancers. Everyone should have daily exercise, plus eat yoghurt at least once per day, and decent quantities of fibrous fruits and vegetables to make excretion a regular, daily event.

I eat high-fiber whole grains, Greek-style yogurts, and homemade soups—many fresh vegetables. My movement is always good. 2-3 times per day. I also check the color and then adjust my diet.

I eat like normal Japanese intended to eat. Lots of vegetables, whole grains, fish. In harmony with nature. My mother always says "Ninjas don't eat meat". And it's true.

If the headline read 2 or 3 a day is ideal, you'd be spouting the numbers 3-4 in your case, right?
