Here's one, how about avoiding Vaccines created using peanuts/eggs/Mercury/alluminium etc in them

Heheh, when I was very young, I devoured jars --I mean jars!-- of peanut butter and boiled peanuts. Didn't even come to mind that peanut can be an allergy, lol
Currently, only 3 types of vaccine adjuvants are approved for use in the United States: aluminum salts, monophoshoryl lipid A, and squalene - that's it. Because squalene is an oil-in-water emulsion, some people wonder whether they can get vaccines if they have allergies to peanut or corn oils. However, these oils are not in vaccines. Further, vaccine ingredient quantities are so minimal that they do not cause allergic reactions or symptoms of toxicity - and many of these ingredients are already commonly found in other products.
