At last someone finally said it and stopped the scare tactics.

Eat more game meat. Venison, Boar, Pheasant, is MUCH healthier and more natural than domestic. BUT I LOVE IT ALL!

In fact, we should actually have lower cancer rates from eating meat now than in years past--people forget that in the past, meats were highly-salted or heavily seasoned as a means to preserve them, and such processed meats in the past was not that healthy (for lots of obvious reasons!). Modern meats--because they use modern preservation methods--are a relatively low health risk by historical standards.

In contrast, the use of tobacco products is a very serious health hazard, especially the cancer and lung disease risks. That's why many World War II veterans--hooked on smoking during the war because the tobacco companies literally gave away many millions of cigarettes as part of daily rations for soldiers--started to pass away prematurely in the 1980's and 1990's from smoking-related ailments.

The more we look, the more things are linked to causes of cancer.

My main meat is fish and chicken due to them being cheaper than beef.

But i do still eat beef a few times per month.

Why is things that taste so good are bad for us ?

I do not see many people stop eating beef.

So it's the type of meat that matters. In other words eat free-range, grass fed beef as well as buffalo and fresh whole cuts of meats like steak, roast, legs, thigh, breast, ground and lean cuts of red meat. Avoid processed meats because it contains chemical additives, nitrates, hormones, pesticides, antibiotics, and preservatives. Eat and enjoy meat in moderation to keep your body and mind functioning optimally.

I would like to share a tip to someone who loves red meat. Try Buffalo burger for change.

Buffalo do not get cancer and it is very low in saturate fat. Problem solved.

I had a dream about going vegan, many years from now in my dying bed, I say to myself "what more harm can a bacon do now ?", so I order a bacon cheese burger. On first chew, an uncontrollable feeling of sadness falls upon me, a sadness from realizing, I've missed how tasty bacon is, and I can't enjoy it for any longer. On second chew, I realized how every decision I made in life was all about "safety", looking back at those decisions, they were the most boring ever. On third chew, I realized my friends have all died out earlier than me, sure I get to live a year or two longer, but in the end I die too, and die alone. On fourth chew, I regretted everything, regrets, regrets, and more regrets ...

Enjoy the moment people, everything in moderation, nothing ever last, not even you.
